It was a disappointing day in the office for Hearts as they suffered a home defeat against Aylesbury FC with a final score of 2-4. The match started off positively for Hearts, with winger David S scoring two goals within the first 13 minutes of the game, at the 5th and 13th minute respectively.
However, the tide quickly turned as the visitors managed to pull one back at the 20th minute. The Hearts goalkeeper believed it was a foul, but unfortunately, the referee did not agree. This decision seemed to affect the team’s morale, as Aylesbury FC went on to score two more goals before the end of the first half.
In the second half, Hearts struggled to regain control of the game, and Aylesbury FC capitalized on their advantage by scored late time penalty. Despite their efforts, Hearts were unable to close the gap, resulting in a 2-4 defeat at home. Hearts looking forward to the next game which is a cup game and hoping to regain their momentum back to winning mentality away to Oving FC
